John Carey - Director and Engineer
A motorhome owner himself, John understands the importance of keeping your home on wheels a safe living space as well as some of the struggles of having appliances break down while on your travels.
From your first enquiry through to completing your required service, John will strive to ensure top quality customer experience, talking you through all your options so you fully understand the work being completed. John has undertaken a variety of recognised training with The Mobile Caravan Engineers Association and The National Caravan Council Training Academy as well as courses with several leading leisure industry appliance manufacturers such as GAS IT and Whale. He is also a fully qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer and LPG trained.

With over 20 years working within the gas industry, Urban Heat Ltd was established in 2009 and has been providing quality service within the domestic gas industry for over a decade; offering everything from installation work to servicing, gas safety inspections, fault diagnosis and repair. It's with this vast experience and a growing interest in motor home and caravanning that company Director and Gas Safe Registered engineer, John Carey, took the opportunity to further train in LPG, Habitation Checks, Chassis Servicing and 230 volt Electrical Installation Condition Report with The Mobile Caravan Engineers Association and The National Caravan Council Training Academy. He then opened the new division, Urban Motorhome Services.
